Purpose

What the Alliance does

Reviews platform policy. The platform must respond in writing within 30 days.
Binding review on pay floor changes, deactivation policy, and ethical receipt content.
Quarterly audits. One platform policy reviewed per quarter. Findings published.
Right to dissent. The Alliance can publish disagreements without platform approval.

Membership

Gig workers (on any platform). Labor economists and researchers. Worker advocates. Anyone who thinks humans in the loop deserve a seat at the table.

Workers hold the majority of seats. Academic and advocate seats capped at 40%.

Process

Quarterly meetings, 90 minutes, virtual with published notes. Async via Discord. No fees, no NDA.
